Laptop backpacks

            Carrying a laptop and other mobile gear hands free is the easiest option and made so simple by using a laptop backpack.  They provide plenty of storage space as well and have adjustable shoulder straps that will ensure a secure as well as bounce free way to carry your laptop.  Also, a laptop backpack with an included laptop sleeve is especially good to have and it increases the security and safety of your computer.
            Like any laptop bag or carrying case there are many options and varieties to choose from, so do a little research to find exactly what you’re looking for in a backpack before making a choice that you might not be pleased with.

            Some laptop backpacks are constructed of nylon and usually fit most standard 15” laptops.  The shoulder straps will have foam for carrying comfort and your laptop will sit in a fully padded computer cradle to keep it safe from bumps and jostling.  Many will have file compartments as well and accessory pockets in the inside and center compartments.

            For the busier, more on the go executive there are the backpacks that fit laptops that are a little larger and feature a padded section to keep the laptop secure.  There is also a hidden pocket which provides quick access to your paperwork and it has a separate divider section to keep files in order.  The lightweight backpack is very convenient for extra travel.

            Another great option that is compatible with notebooks as well as Macs with up to 17” screens has an external flap which comes over the top and clips shut.  Rather than opening across the top, this backpack opens down the middle and provides quick access to your laptop.  It is also sportier and has a removable cell phone pocket which is on the shoulder strap for easier access.

            Whatever the preference, backpacks are very easy and convenient to use especially when you want to have more freedom with the hands free option.
